Lot 14 Block 9 is shown to be owned by a company called Realvest Inc. out of California you better check on the recording of your purchase.

due to an accident on the road ,im not sure if ill be up this summer, actually thinking of giving property back, regroup and try again

It's not going anywhere I haven't been out yet this summer need to do some work on the plane. Bad year for fires!

Hi I have a few questions but please bear with me I hat Tec. Anyway. I just purchased a 4.86 acre piece of dead man lake. Area 9 south side lot22. My family have always dreamed of living a simple off grid lifestyle. I've never been there. Can year round off grid living be done on my land? Are there trees enough for strapped cabins?. We want to come this Feb ,march next year. Can we get our tools wheelers snow machine, saws and so forth to our land at all?, thanks for any info. It all helps. Were simple country people who want out of the lower 48 rat race.lol

Hi.I purchased a piece of land at dead man lake. Area9 south side. Lot22. My family want out of the lower 48.we want to homestead on the land.5.86 acres.purchased at billyland.com. any info would be appreciated. Is there enough trees on the property to build trapper shack. Then cabin? How is our plo? How's the hunting? Can we live there year round by off grid hunt,water,Oscar.can we get wheelers and snow cat,saws and surplus even to the property? This is our dream.does anyone have imput?...God bless

Sat images lead me to believe my land has no permafrost and has mature birch trees on it. I'm not a wealthy man by any means. So I hope this land is liveable.
