When we were here back in May the prices were about 10 - 15 cents less around Anch and Wasilla than back in N Michigan. Now that we have moved here, it's about 50 cents more here in Wasilla than back in MI.
Oh well, such is life I guess. And also the price you pay to live in this wonderful state.

Yes, actually paid about $3.50 at the Tesoro this morning in Valdez. But still over $4.00 in the afternoon at the Chevron in Glennallen.

I guess everything's just higher in Haines.
It went down by 20 cents a gallon last weekend, now we're paying $4.28 for unleaded and $4.78 for diesel.
My last fillup with the truck was $170  a couple weeks ago when diesel was $5.18/gallon...bad timing, shoulda waited.

Paid $3.53 for reg. unleaded last night in Fairbanks. And it is $5.07 in my little town of Central,so if your coming up for the big bazzar the weekend after Thanksgiving make sure to fill up in town.

$3.53 in Fairbanks. Not as low as the rest of the country but I'm still happy its going down.
