Hi Shelly, if you are crazy enough to move from Florida to Nome. . . you will fit right in! I've almost completed a tri-plex project on 3rd Avenue, right next to the hospital and a few blocks from downtown, which has new everything, including washer/dryers and basic furniture, (and fabulous Sealy Posturpedic Queen mattresses.)
