I think at this point it would have to be hamburger jerky. If that's alright it's a deal. Could probably do a little whole meat but the wife will only allow so many roasts to go into the smoker....

That is pretty much all I have left of the buffalo meat is ground meat, so it will be an even trade.

I just made some last night and took it to work, it didn't last long. I forgot and left it sitting on the counter and everyone was munching it down!
