Find your spot quiz
I found this website over the weekend (find your spot .com) and took the quiz. Palmer (#3 on the list), Homer/Kenai Peninsula (#4), Ketchikan, and Seward all came up in my top 25 places. Kind of exciting (for me at least). When I reminded my husband last night 6 more months and we can sell he about freaked (not enough money saved), guess maybe now it'll kick his butt into gear.

I live north of seward,If you don't mind rain and snow ,that can dictate your life, then you may like it here. But the weather can be .intense, 1999-6 ft' of snow in 5 days.2000- 7 ft in 3 days, usaully happens around the 3rd week of Jan,and it rains ALOT ,but when the sun shines in Seward there is no place like it.Moose hunting sucks around here, lots of bears and getting more.Watch your kids on the Russian river. They shot alot of bears on that river last year.Seward to Anch.-about 2hrs .,Seward is a nice place where everyone either knows or hears about everyone else Oh and did I mention the avalanches?

Just took it and I too came up with Homer number 1 and Palmer number 2, Seward was 20th, with alot of Montana, Wyoming and Colorado in between.
LOL makes me wonder if this was put up either by the "please come to Homer we want you" faction or by the "please don't come to my town in Ak, go to Homer, it's nice there" side.
