ft greely PT (how much, gym, pool)

i AM leaving for ft greely from florida on the 14th i was wondering when i get there will we be doing PT everymorning like active duty??

at the other bases they wont PT outside if its below -20, which it is

are you an mp? i'll assume so- when and how often you do pt will depend on what platoon your in, and sometimes what team on the platoon your on will change it too. you'll just have to wait until you get here and find out your team and platoon to know how much pt you'll be doing (it varies a lot!). but everything is in the gym right now- they don't do pt when it's colder than -20, and i doubt they'd do it when its colder than 15-0 either. when my husband was 2nd platoon they often played basketball and games in the gym for pt. theres also a decent weight room and treadmills, bikes and ellipses too.
for single soldiers they have the BOSS program- they've recently set-up the downstairs of the CYS building with a pool table, a wii and other systems for you guys to go hang out. so you leave the 14th-driving or flying up?

oh one more thing- it was -45 this morning when i got up don't worry, you'll be fine! my husband's in colorado for some certification- he felt the need to really rub it in that it's like 80 degrees warmer down there than it is here.
