Default Anyone work at Cordova Hospital?

Just looking for info. I'm thinking of relocating, and in my search I keep coming back to Cordova, it sounds like a nice small town. But of course, I need to know if I can live on an RN salary. Tx for any info.

I was at the Cordova hospital once in 2001, looked like a nice new building. The town, was kind of cool, some guy in the local bar was buying drinks for the house all night long, that was real nice. There is a restaurant on the main drag through town, that has good food. The people at the airfield and the young woman who rented me a car were all real friendly. Seemed like a nice little town. Wish ya luck.

My best nursing salary was thru travel nursing. I had a good experience with Cross Country. Better pay, local housing...Look into that if you want to try a place.

I have a crew going out to install the new generator at the power plant. They'll be there for 4-5 months. If they come into the ER wanting help, tell them that Mal will be ticked!
