Text: On 1/26/09 Alaska Wildlife Troopers Juneau Post issued Wayne K.
Williams, age 61, of Muskogee, OK two citations for obtaining 2006 and
2007 sport fish licenses in Alaska when he did not meet Alaska's
residency requirements. Initial reports were from a Wildlife Violator
Compact joint investigation with the Arizona Game and Fish Department.
Total fines for both citations are $620.00 and Williams was given an
optional court date of February 18, 2009 at 0900 hours in the Juneau
District Court.

Text: On 01-19-09 Alaska Wildlife Troopers in Palmer contacted 24 year
old Wasilla resident Jason M. Canady. Investigation revealed Canady made
a false statement on his 2008 Fishing/Hunting license that he was a
resident of Alaska for more than one year. Canady was cited into Palmer
Court with a bail amount set at $310.00

Type: False Statement on Sport License
Text: On 1-26-09, Larry A. LOVE, 59 yoa of Fort Greely AK, was cited by
the Alaska Wildlife Troopers in Delta Jct. for making a False Statement
on his 2008 Resident Class 01 Sport Fish License. LOVE obtained a 2008
Sport License before maintaining his domicile in AK for the preceeding
12 consecutive months. Total bail is set at $310.00 with an optional
court appearance set for 2-18-09 in Delta District Court.

Type: Suspended out of state hunting license
Text: On 1-6-09, Montana Department of Fish Wildlife and Parks assisted
Soldotna AWT with serving four summonses to Troy G. Butler, 24 yoa, of
Bozeman, Montana. Butler's hunting privileges are suspended in Utah and
Montana. Butler killed a trophy mule deer in Utah in a closed area and
only salvaged the head and antlers. His privileges are suspended from
2005 through 2019. Butler came to Alaska and purchased a hunting
license, caribou tag, wolf tag, and killed a bull caribou in 2007.
Butler was cited for obtaining an Alaska hunting license, caribou tag,
and wolf tag while his hunting privileges are suspended in another state
and for taking a caribou without a valid hunting license. Montana
officers seized a set of caribou antlers and cape from a Bozeman,
Montana taxidermy shop. The arraignment date is set for 2-20-09, in
Kenai District Court
