Good on the new range there Granny. I need to take a picture of the grill up at Clear Sky next week on the way to Fairbanks. I think the good taste comes from the grill that has been in use for a long time. It's one of those flame top grills.

Barkley, up in Aniak at the old Lodge, they had a grill like that but it was oil fired. They cooked right on the top of the grill itself. They mad everything on top including breakfasts. The foundation of the place got ruined one spring breakup and they had to close it down. Now they only have the Houndhouse Pizza place. It's nothing like the Lodge though.
