Default Best in Fairbanks?

Locals - and visitors - where would you say the best burgers, pizza and Chinese food are in Fairbanks? And please feel free to add what your favorites are in town.

No such thing as "best" in Fairbanks huh? That's surprising as I heard that Fairbanks residents loved their community. OK....

Are you in Fairbanks already? If not, that may be the reason why people haven't responded to your post, since there could be a time difference from where you are at and Fairbanks.

For Chinese food, I would try The Pagoda in North Pole.

Burgers - Ivory Jack's in the Goldstream Valley or The Eagle Saloon in Ester (you will cook these yourself - it's the atmosphere that makes them tasty).
Chinese - Pagoda or Thai at any one of the 7 Thai joints in the area.
Pizza - Benny's or Collegetown. Chicago vs. NY style. College also has good Gelato.
Light lunch - LuLu's Bread and Bagels
Heavy lunch/deserts - Wolf Run
Liquid lunch - The Red Fox
Sunday Brunch - The Pumphouse
Prime Rib - The Turtle Club in Fox
Pub food - The Silver Gulch Brewery/ Fox Roadhouse

Thanks mal_flisk!! I'll definitely check that out when I come up there in May. I'll be working a seasonal job up there (May - Sept) and pancakes is a definite must!
