ImAHobbit is on a distinguished road
The biggest problem with my grill is that it is out in the yard along the fence and with the ice and snow built up around it and since it's winter, I don't get home before it's dark. It's tough enough barbequeing in the dark, add crusty snow 3 feet deep and I think I'll just boil up some more ramen noodles...

I'm dying to try out some new recipes as soon as Spring rolls around. I just got me a new cookbook, and if we can pull off this move to AK I'm gonna have to try out some of the fish recipes.

Ahhh, can do the bacon-wrapped shrimp on the BarBQ or in the broiler, just watch carefully...use cheap skinny bacon, we prefer the thick, but won't cook through unless partially cook first....Rance gave me recipe to do this with halibut, or any semi-firm fish...do in broiler....wood chips with the grill are great to add flavor...on the weekend- go dig it out...pull up closer to your house...it a waste not to use on near-decent days, preferably park out of the 'wind'...hoping....

It's girl scout cookie time! Just bought my first stash of Thin Mints. Why do they call them Thin Mints when they make my thighs so wide? Inquiring minds want to know...

Default BBQ/Smoker Addict?

As we are on one of my fav subjects, here are just a few of the Que's I use.

Now I've got to find the Boat BBQ's and a couple more webers around here somewhere. Oh, and my Big Green Egg is buried somewhere around here too.

How many is too many?

btw, new laptop today. Turned on the big boy with a nice cold Newcastle in my hands and dropped it,,, laptop and main cpu fizzled out on me.
