Focusing only on Palin's view on Wildlife and hunting is getting absurd, most western states-save for the ones on the coast all have a pro hunting attitude. She isn't an anomaly in her views. Stop just bashing her, and focus on what you really are advocating-a ban on hunting period. I am not going to get into the ethics of such, I am prohunting for those who do so and actually eat the meat, not too fond of trophy hunters. As for bears, in Virginia, you can shoot them on your property if they are messing with your crops-yes they hit orchards and corn fields with much gusto. If stopping bear hunting just for sport is your aim, then do so by focusing on it, bringing Palin into it(i am not a supporter or detractor of hers) just divides and loses sight of the issue.

Nice post!! This is becoming a BIG PROBLEM with animal right activist they are veering from there cause.

Really wish animal activist would stick to the issue of stopping the animal abuse of many and not just those they hate.

Strangely enough here you can't shoot bears on your property & we actually do get brownies & blackies north of the city. Supposedly you have to call animal control & they will relocate the animal. If you shoot it you get heavily fined.

Now that the boys and girls under 10 have had their say, I invite the adults to discuss the actual issue.
