Now my father told me I looked like a pimp when I wore my white seersucker suit. But that was a long time ago. I wish I'd had the wide brimmed pimp hat with an ostrich feather to complete the look.

Those dogs were domesticated and their welfare was in the hands of their owner.......they wern't chickens, steers or pigs being raised for to be slaughtered for food......they were "pets" that froze to death due to an owners poor decisions.......its hard to take the position of feeling no remorse for an animal that dies so needlessly in such a manner unless you have a very cold heart or sick outlook on life.

So I guess that either you're remorseful when you eat meat or you have a cold heart +/or a sick personality. This sounds like the makings of another poll, Met.

Flyer...sled dogs aren't really family pets.

Starlite made a really good post in this thread; did you read it?

FF...sorry but Greatday was referring to minks, rabbits, etc., raised for fur items, when comparing to the food animals, not the dogs
