Floods suck... we had one last year at Lake Koshkonong in Wisconsin. After it rained 9" in like one or maybe 2 days, waters rose over 6' and stayed that high for long, some two months. Many places got trashed and condemned. I;ll be gone in coming weeks as I will be raising one of damaged cottages up 3 or 4 blocks and replacing the interior... while fishing And boating And dreaming of making it to North Slope this July...

Thanks Debey, we'll be going to SD next week sometime to drive over to Mount Rushmore, something we should've done two years ago. We're visiting my brother in Baker, Mt. Might even go back to Devil's Tower again, that place was neat.

Cool! I'm about 7 hours East of Mt. Rushmore.......
I want to visit Devil's Tower, someday....my parents went there, on their honeymoon, in '59.

Yes! I'm not a very good "promoter" am I?! (I have lived in SD all my life, and only been to The Black Hills, twice.)
