OH my my my my!!! Enough on the foul language, please!
All history, past and current news in any country is based on the writers life's influential perceptions. Much of our written history is to be questioned regarding truth. Facts surface all the time proving written (learned) history incorrect. example: the first to fly a plane is not what our history books have still in them even though it has be disproved as not fact. Rumor is that money plays a role in accrediting accomplishments recorded in history!!

It is interesting to read other countries historical accounts of war, treaties etc...it is all subjective!

Went to Italy last summer, had a blast. Had no problems with finding people that spoke English. They all know Euros!

I want to be able to understand what the people are saying when they are speaking Italian. You never know, they could be talking about YOU! Italy would definitely be a blast. Where did you go in Italy?
