La-la land is where we all would love to wind up! But AZ strikes me as a snowmobile heaven! Maybe just some of it? 3-7' snow depth wherever I look: State Snow Depth : Weather Underground
Lovely!

Not sure yet. I'll be flying into Elmira New York for an orientation class then assigned to a drilling rig in Penn. But will be northern Penn near the New york border somewhere. I will be so out of my element I'm nervous. I can completely understand Sweden's stress of moving here. If I can just get through this first hitch without getting completely lost I think I'll be ok.

It won't be so bad. I hear that by 2013 economy will be good again, so opportunities might be availiable back home even sooner.
Than again, 3 weeks away from home on a regular bases... might be desirable

Dang it, there is a moose in Anchorage headed towards Northern Lights Blvd and A Street....not a good place for it to be. I know should be posted in the Anchorage forum but it isn't as widely read. I just hope the silly thing doesn't cause an accident.

Rance look at it as a 3 week shopping expedition. While Sweden is up at the house or cabin making both typical Scandanavian homes (paint, paint, paint), you can use the time to shop for things she wants.
