Hi Vivian! Actually, it is an usual Spring in Chukotka. If your mile is 1.8 km so the wind of 33 meters per sec. is equaled to about 66 miles per hour.

Hi Oleg, I used a converter online. That's what it came up with. It's still a bit on the windy side here. We have the same storm that's hitting you.

There are shopping malls, bowling alleys, gim-halls, skating-rink, restaurants, "Main Street" named Otke and so on in Anadyr city. People have everything for their normal life.
