Tsar's Paskha
2 lbs cottage cheese
5 eggs
1/2 lbs butter
1/2 lbs sour cream
1/2 lbs sugar
vanilla
raisins
almonds
lemon rind

Mix cottage cheese with butter, eggs, and sour cream. Put on a low heat, mixing constantly. Just before boiling, take the pot off and put on ice or in cold water, and keep mixing until cools off. Add sugar, vanilla, and rasins (almonds, lemon) . Mix well. Put in a wooden form, and leave in cold place for 12 hours.
Sounds almost like a thick pudding..Thank-you for that work!!!

Howdy.

Things are good here. Started work at 6 this morning. My back hurts from being hunched over throwing bags. But hey, I get to go flying now.

Question for you Lyuty....we watched a documentary last night about a small mining town in Russia that a group of 20 grizzly bears terrorized the town and harmed people. We did not catch a year that this happened. They stated that the bears attacked the people and the town because there was not enough salmon and other food for the bears.
Do you know anything about this and what is the true story??? thanks
