Isn't "steward" just a fancy name for a maid?

I think maid refers to a female housekeeper. Steward refers to a male janitor.

What the hell do they come up and do at your place anyway? You wouldn't think they would need to come multiple times.

When they confiscate halibut, they bring it here and we process it for the local food bank. Sometimes we don't charge them, just do it as a community service. If we're really slammed though or if the halibut cop is more of an idjit that usual they have to pay.
