There are at least two family practice clinics in Kenai, one of which is an urgent care-type center also, and more in Soldotna, several dentists. There is the Central Peninsula Hospital in Soldotna. As far as oncologists, I don't find any quickly with google on the peninsula, but that is the problem here, must drive to Anchorage for a lot of the specialty docs, and if not there, then to Seattle. Some of the specialty docs may also visit a local clinic periodically, but not for sure.

Lots of services
There isn't a lot in Nikiski so you'll probably need to search Kenai. There are lots of everything here. I met a couple that lives near me on a flight home and she works in a dentist office in Soldotna. She rattled off about 7 or 8 dentists in the Kenai area when I asked her how many there were. I've been going to Family Medical Clinic in Kenai for GP services.
From the Hospital website re: oncology....

Time for specialists in Kenai to take a chance & open up a clinic or a service that makes house calls.
