Which city is best if a student want to move to Alaska?

Also which is best university in Alaska? I am looking for Engineering side.

It gets real cold in Fairbanks, but UAF is the best Alaska has to offer in relation to engineering, and the sciences.

I believe UA Fairbanks has the main engineering campus in Alaska. UA Anchorage offers about 3 engineering degrees.
