Which city is best if a student want to move to Alaska?

Of course they are from San Jose, hopefully they will know it can get to -60 and colder in the winter.

It gets real cold in Fairbanks, but UAF is the best Alaska has to offer in relation to engineering, and the sciences.

I believe UA Fairbanks has the main engineering campus in Alaska. UA Anchorage offers about 3 engineering degrees.
