We are relocating to the Delta Junction Alaska area.
We are going to build a log cabin on a peice of property we own on the Tanana River. Are there builders in Delta Junction that build log Homes? Is it cheaper to buy logs out of alaska or out of Canada? We have been told Canadian logs are the way to go money wise. Thank you for the help ![]() |

camano lady....
I've been through Delta Junction and it was a nice place, but haven't been there since 1991. What do you know thus far about the town, services, etc. What are the latest cost of things, and is it (always) necessary to travel the 86 miles to Fairbanks? What about veterans living in the area? How do they deal with VA visits? Thanks!! |
