Default Please wish me luck

I am going down to the Moose Lodge this evening to spend some quality time with one of my nieces.

It is hot and sunny and I feel like drinking beer. The caveat is that our lodge doesn't have anything but domestic beer, except for wheat, which I refuse to drink. It is going to be rough drinking a Coors Lite or some such thing but I think I may be strong enough to do so.

Keep me in your prayers, please. I'd let you know if I survive it okay.

I cannot, will not, ever in my life drink Budweiser; I would prefer to slit my throat.

there's got to be others who feel the same way so that you can "request" they carry other beers??? yes/no??? Hubby got the local Eagles to carry Tanqueray Gin that way!!! course they did promise to drink a case of gal bottles and did a grand job of trying at the yearly outing!!! OMG I coulda dinged him but the hangover was good enough!!! the club does still carry Tanqueray!!!

I think most of them are domestic beer drinkers there...I don't really drink it enough myself to warrant asking them to carry it just for me, but today it just seems like a good idea because it's hot.

Am sending 'good' thoughts your way, and also hoping your niece has the ability to keep your recent behavior respectable in her presence...

Are the SO & his friend going to wrestle in Jello for your affections? Bud is like water with a hint of flavor. If its ice cold you can put away an amazing amount of the stuff without really trying.
