Fried Bologna anyone?
Anyone like fried bologna sandwiches besides me? A lot of people turn their nose up at the thought but I happen to think they are one of lifes little treasures!  |

That's a big yes. My mother used to make them all the time when I was younger. Fry the bologna in some butter and put it between two pieces of buttered white bread. Yummy, good and greasy. Now those were the healthy eating days, lol. |

Until I met my hubby 30 yrs ago I had never even heard of fried bologna sandwiches!!! he loves it grilled with cheese and with hot tomato soup to dunk it in!! I eat one now and then but he will eat it every day in the winter!!! |
