Default help with phone service in fairbanks

Hello everyone. Can anyone help me out with what are the phone company, internet and cable options in the Fairbanks area. I would appreciate any help. I am still in Texas and I am trying to get this set up for my husband. Everyone on here is always so helpful, so I thank you now.

ACS can do that for you, and so GCI. GCI does cable, too (not certain about ACS and cable). The cheapest way is as a package, where one company does all. There are few more services for cell phone alone, including AT&T for the iPhone, etc.

You should be able to find the GCI's and ACS's web pages on the Internet.

acsalaska.com
gci.com

ACS does phone and DSL, maybe dish network for TV
GCI does phone, cable tv and cable internet.

Someplaces don't have cable service, and some can't get DSL, mainly if you live far out of town, or a low density area.
high speed dsl doesn't have montly quota limits, and Cable does, so be sure to check the fine prints and call and talk with them. Good luck.

In addition to ACS and GCI, there is also AT&T which I just switched to. But if you can't get cable or local Internet, you can get Dish or Direct TV for satellite TV and Hughesnet for satellite Internet. I live somewhat remote and have direct tv and hughesnet at the house and the iPhone with cell and Internet on it.

Whatever you want, you can be fixed up with little effort.
