Fairbanks- Local Communities
I am having trouble trying to find the names of the local communities or subdivisions around Fairbanks. I am particulary looking for the NE area near Chena Hot Springs Rd. We are looking to purchase land in that area and building a log home.
I would also like to know of any websites or information in regards to that area with utilities. Is it difficult to get water, etc? Does anyone live in the Eagle River/Wasilla area? I have also looked into buying land there. Thanks, Beth
