Mission Road has been repaired and is in excellent condition. Fir Terrace has been completely remodeled and much nicer but still low income based housing so you have to qualify based on your income. Sea View apartments are older but I know someone renting there. Their apartment is smaller but pretty nice and they have a washer/dryer in their apartment. Also the rent is cheaper than most other 2 bedrooms in town.

Most of Alaska earth trimmers are centered around Kodiak Island. One good sub system of Kodiak Island same migration of bears and wildlife. I think Kodiak does get it's share of rain.
