Okay - need some input and expertise. Saw this bird out by Arctic Valley.....trying to find it in my bird book but not coming up with anything definitive. May be a young'un too, making it harder to identify.
Any takers???

I believe you are correct. I've been bird watching out my office windows and I also have see this yellow capped bird here on Admiralty Island.
