If anyone is interested, Sportsman's Warehouse is having a pretty awesome sale on binoculars right now. I just picked up a pair of Alpen Binos that have a mfg list of $858 for $389. Even the best price online from Amazon is still $582. I think the sale applies to some models of Alpen, Leica, Pentax, Winchester, and a couple others I can't remember. I forgot to ask how long the sale is good till, but the guy at the counter seems to think it's only for the remaining stock in the store.

You also get a $150 in-store gift card with the purchase good for 6/15 thru 7/15. I think I'll use that to pick up a new pair of chest waders for this season. Looks like SW is seriously trying to lure people back into their (remaining) stores.

Dumping is fine. Considering I can get these at almost 1/3 of msrp, I'll take them however possible!

I bought a back-up tent, and a pair of 2-way radios for a total of $250.00, and they gave me a $50.00 gift certificate to spend from June to July. I guess I will have to buy the MSR Dragonfly stove I have been looking at for awhile. Not that I need it, but the $50.00 brings its price low enough to buy it now
