The ultra clear cold winter nights of the interior make the sky full of stars you don't see most other places, and the Northern Lights cover the sky. I put on my gear and sit out side at forty below just in Awe..
Sleep in too late though and the daylight it is gone!
But the long summer days make up for the little bit of darkness though.
