I had fresh king salmon just about an hour ago for dinner. Tomorrow morning I believe I'll have some more in an omelet.

Sounds good; Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon instead of ham or whatever.

It's okay...works best with sockeye in my opinion. Salmon is best steamed though...sometimes I saute some apples in hemp oil and put the salmon on top and steam them that way.
