I used to like David Letterman, back when he used to be funny. Nowadays he seems more and more like a bitter old liberal apologist, forever stuck in the same old rut. His latest potshot at the Palin family is a low blow, even for him, it's sad.

Yeah, all that jetting around...who's paying for it? I wonder about that too. I suspect it's probably leftover campaign cash or slush-fund money from the Republican national groups. I sincerely hope it's not the state of Alaska.

David Letterman has become a crotchety old Liberal. I'm sure he intended nothing creepy about the Palin's daughter, but in general, he's become unwatchable. For someone who was raised with midwestern values, he's gone too wacky for me. I'm glad he finally married the mother of his son, at least.
