Fish burgers! Mix the meat with little chopped parsley, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, maybe some lemon juice. Good!

Hummmmmm, I usually start with 4lbs of cubed venison, put it through my meat grinder creating bambi-burger. Into the 4 lbs of bambi, I cut in one pound of a good grade of ground sausage. I'll chop up one good sized onion, a quarter cup of stuffed green olives, or black olives if you prefer and two cloves of garlic. crush up one sleeve of ritz crackers ( townhouse works just as well, as does cheez-it ) two shakes of olive oil, salt, and fresh ground black pepper and/or one finely chopped poblano pepper - jalapeno will work in a pinch, take out the seeds. two shakes of worchestershire sauce, two of hot sauce, parmesan cheese and three eggs-raw. knead until throughly mixed- put in loaf pan, bake at 350 for an hour or so.

Generously sized patties would be fine too, I think. Love the poblanos. Usually as chile rellenos with cheese... mmm...

I learned this from the Barefoot Contessa. When I have money, I mix ground sirloin w/ground chuck (or is it ground beef?) & in the middle of the patty, you put a little slab of butter. Makes it nice & juicy. But really, you can't do wrong w/burgers unless you're really bad at manning the grill....which is exactly me when I start the ole drinking of the drinks. I leave the cooking to someone else, LOL.

I get hungry all over again looking at this!!! We have a lot of 'meatloaf'-type burgers which surprises me, but so good, except I have to start mine in the oven to firm up a little or fall apart on the grill, or do in the cast iron fry pan...

Rance...lol on the White Castle sliders, though my fav there was the deep-fried turkey 'bisquets' and cheese, but they had to be right out of the fryer...and nothing quite like grilled pineapple

I also like a seasoned ground sirloin or better burger patty cooked at most to medium, but nearer to the med rare end, topped with lightly sauteed and seasoned onions, peppers, and mushrooms and swiss on a piece of lightly toasted, preferably homemade sourdough, eaten like an open-faced sandwich...

Met has me going on the salmon now...as I have a new flavor thing going with a mango-peach salsa with almost anything with some black beans and jasmine rice...wonderful with fish...

Mango peach salsa---might be good brushed on salmon, wrapped in foil and baked.

I got some rock cod today; I think I'll bread it with rolled hemp seeds

Watched the food network the other day, Guy was making burgers stuffed with cheese. He made a patty and made a dimple and put the cheese on top. He got another patty and put it on top like a lid and closed up the patty and grilled it. I need to try this one of these days.

There used to be a bar in Minneapolis that did those years ago, and called them Juicy Lucy's and I think put on toast because so big...
