Why don't you pick up the phone and start calling? Your not going to get one of these jobs via email.

Are you a student? I'm guessing you aren't, from the type of visa you mentioned. That makes it harder; I-9s aren't that tough to get.

Employers here have to jump through a lot of hoops if they want to hire non-student foreign workers.

One of the fish buyers/processors here has several eastern European people working for him, but I think they are here on student visas.

I think that you are a little late for this season. And no one is going to give you a letter offering employment just because you posted on a forum; you'll have to keep applying and convince them to hire you. I am probably give you some contacts but first I need to know more about you.

What country are you a resident of?

OK....you're at the bottom of the list for companies that are hiring. Not saying this to put you down; just to let you know what you're up against. But you could be at the top of the list you're on because of your English skills.

They make it impossible for small/medium sized processors to hire foreign workers if they are not students on an I-9. Theoretically it can be done but the red tape is a nightmare. So you need to concentrate on the large ones, or go back to school.

Instead of e-mailing a resume, go to the individual company's web sites. Most of them will have an online application and most of those will allow you to attach a resume.
