From what I recall the stock market crashed and burned some time before Jan. 20, 2009. The offspring's trust fund was adversely affected. Fortunately, due to some snooping around, we found quite a large amount of good stocks that were turned in the state of Cali after the demise of the FIL because some idjit misspelled his name on the certificates.

It's worth doing a search on those things, by the way. It came as quite a surprise, really.
Any problems we have here absolutely pale in comparison to what's happening in the People's Republik. When a state is issuing IOU's, has some of the most onerous taxation in the entire nation, and can't say no to providing services to non-citizens, well, 'nuff said.

Notrees is living in a fantasy land. California is a perfect example of what happens when the idiocy of "progressive" politics is put into motion. Obama wants to do the same thing to the entire nation. The Teleprompter-in-Chief is so divorced from reality that it's frightening.

What do you think of the governor of Cali?

One of the nice thing about the wiring of rightwing nuts is that it doesn't have to be burdened by additional circuitry such as required to process & analyze data and then formulate intelligent conclusions. It is a nice and simple world: you feed them dung pellets of propaganda and out comes piles of poop.

Who has controlled the legislature for the past 25 years? Arnie is a RINO an I don't like him but this isn't his doing. He tried to implement massive budget cuts but the Dumbocrats in the legislature shot it down. No, this issue is laid squarely at the feet of the liberals who have held sway for several decades in Sacramento.

And, it must be said, the people of CA share much of the blame also. They passed all sorts of expensive referendums without worrying about how they were going to be paid for. It's time to pay the piper.

I consistently debunk your nonsensical lunacy with empirical fact and a cognizance of a little something called "reality" but yet you enjoy posting condescending stupidity.

You are so pathetically clueless that it's difficult to read your tripe without laughing hysterically.

Boy O Boy, this is getting to be bizarro. Republicans screw up, so Republicans claim the screwers are RINO. Great! This way you can wash away all the monumental dung Republicans have smeared on the nation by simply labeling it RINO. Great work, dude!

My IQ lowers about 30 points every time I read one of your ridiculous posts. Arnie isn't to blame for the disaster in California. Twenty five years of liberal Democrat control and foolish referendums are. You are so dense that it defies description.

But Met, this is happening all over, not just Alaska. If it were just in Alaska that would be one thing but it is nationwide. Can you tell me anyplace in the U.S. that isn't losing jobs?
