Upon further research of alaska i would assume that it would be almost impossible for me to do what i need to do atm considering the Ketchikan area and vicinity there does not seem to be a highway or road that goes north towards anch or fairbanks area incase things do not work. i might be wrong on this though because i am only making this assumption by viewing online maps.

i will stay in nd for the time being untill further research is done. and the proper choice is made only for safety reasons.

The SE would be a safer place to be than Fairbanks, given the milder climate, for a person who's homeless. As long as you stay dry.

But waiting till you're prepared is the wise thing to do...
