Allergies. My whole head feels packed with sawdust, I've been sneezing, draining and feeling tired for several days now.

BTW, IMO, fish should only have a little butter, a little salt and maybe some fresh lemon, mmmmm....

Same with cling foil. Never use any made with pvc that readily dissolves its cancer causing chemicals in animal fat and than stays in your body accumulating over the years.
Or the black garbage bags I saw in pictures posted here, used for whale blubber cubes. Bad move...
And, don't cook in anything but cast iron or pyrex.

John, am I going to get all senile and whatever because I dropped my weed pipe and it broke so I made one of those improvisations from one of my neighbor's beer cans (personally I never drink anything in a can) and some aluminum foil?

Actually I do have a fondness for half smoked king salmon fettuccine.

You'll be fine. Just hang the next one around your neck

As to what bothers me and many disregard as silly worries- I have background in chemistry, was going into pharmaceutics. Yeah, I worry. Wonderful black nylon kitchen utensils made in China that when used in a pot of hot soup give off thousands of times allowable amounts of biphenols... overpriced Naglene plastic sport bottles that leach same stuff into your drinks and cause ugly brain tumors. Good 'ol alcohol is not that nasty for you. Smokes... now that's another story. Why add to this and cut your chances in half or more when it is just a matter of simple do or don't use stuff known to hurt people. I've said good bye to a friend few years ago, financially independent person who was an avid user of anything spray: paints, lubricants, insecticides and foggers. And he did not care at all to be in the middle of a cloud of this stuff he would spray. He fought this brain tumor for almost two years. Best neurosurgeon in US, bi-weekly flights to North Carolina for treatment. And I saw him slip away day by day.
Nothing could help him and nothing did. He bought a year of questionable quailty life with his money. Enough to sort his affairs out and say good byes. But toward the end I am not sure he was comprehending the World around him...
Yeah, I worry. Not to much, but enough to wear gloves, face masks for work and use glass, steel and wood in the kitchen. I quit smoking over 20 years ago. Just like that
