What is the short and long-term rental market like in your lovely town? I've been mulling over the idea of buying a property for rental purposes. And yes, I know I need to go and investigate in person - and I will!

But just doing some prelim research here.
Are you saturated on both counts?
I'm open to both short-term rentals for tourists and long-term rentals for residents. I'm looking at properties that are actually in town.
