For those in Soldotna/Kenai area (Sterling, Nikiski: motorhome, price, trailer)

can anyone tell us about Highland Pride Mobile Home Park on Silver Salmon Dr?

we are going to look at a motor home there tomorrow and was curious about the area as that will give us a bit of a hint of what we might expect about condition of it.

You need to be more specific on the area....Kenai or Soldotna...it spreads a good sized area....It can be either one of those or stretch to Nikiski, Sterling or beyond, or toward Kasilof....and mobile home regardless...insulation, insulation, insulation...heat will cost you in the winter...

I believe Highland Trailer Park is located misway between Kenai/Soldotna on the Spur Highway. On the right going toward Kenai. I don't see this location as having any significant effect on the motorhome condition.
One thing to look for is roof damage from snowloads. If the owners didn't keep the motorhome coverd by a roof, or keep snowloads off it...there could be roof and water damage.

Thanks for that bit of info. I'll check for that when we get there. It's an old, old model so it'll have some damage but me and the wife mainly want it (it supposedly runs good and it's a 78) to have onhand just in case.

I'm very good mechanically and rebuilt many a car so as long if what's wrong is fixable at a relatively cheap price we're not concerned about interior as wife is really good decoratively speaking. And for what they are asking and it runs it more than will do.
