She will never be elected. End your assumptions right there. The world knows how much of an inexperienced nutjob this woman is. For you to happily think that war would stop if for some reason she was elected, you to think stupid. This women, if in power could create more wars.

She has aspirations of being a spokesperson for the religious right. For people who don't care to have that group telling us how to live, she does bear watching as well as debunking.

Personally I don't really get the "social conservatives". They blare on and on about "small government", yet they are the first to support "morality" based legislation.

Election itself isn't the issue; I don't think it's in the cards. Most thinking conservatives seem to be anxious to distance themselves from her. But people can have strong political influence without holding office. Whether she will...remains to be seen, but I rather think not.

I think she's reflective of the "class warfare" that is starting to be prevalent in the United States. She speaks to the disenfranchised whites and the low information voters; the "anti-elitists", if you will. She gives their anger and frustration a name and a face, and doesn't expect them to delve too deeply into the intellectual complexities involved in world politics.

With all of the talk on this thread, and her nutty book, when do you think that Sarah Palin will finally meet her match of flying into obscurity? I think, and, only my guess is about 3 months, she is done. poooof, gone!

What do you think on how quick this nutjob is finally done?

Speaking of quitting, it looks like she's establishing some kind of trend here. Seems as though she recently bailed on some fans at one of the book signings. Regardless of your feelings about her, this isn't anyway to win friends...
