What a clueless couple of people....
The truck was way overloaded... even when he blew out the tire, he didn't need to remove all the gear, the jack would have lifted the truck just fine and the spare tire was stored under it, not in it..
Don't even want to watch Part 2, figure they would kill themselves or worse.

Watching the beginning of this mess made me look into these two.
Apparently he was friends with her neighbor in Vermont (i think). She wanted to build a cabin in AK, bought the land and hired him to come along for the adventure and help.
The build took 8 days according to their video diary.
He documented it all on youtube. He has a website (talks about himself in the third person and is he own biggest fan).
After the build he went back to Vermont? Aren't you all thrilled! Sorry appears that she stayed hauling water from the creek.

The guy thinks he's some kind of comedian or something.
