I could seriously consider that!

Illinois/Fairbanks - I was in the same boat as you, my job took great care of us financially with our move. But I think no matter how much your $ needs are met, nothing can take away the true meaning of making a choice like moving to AK. I am grateful for the experience .......and hubby will have to drag my body out of this state, but it was a bit of a knuckle-biter those first few months!

PS:
<----- had a heck of a night at work, think I might treat myself on the way in tonight and support my local coffee-crack shack with a sugar free toasted marshmallow latte

Other women I will talk with, and then get their phone number.

Always do what you want to do, because rejection is short, and its not like the person is going to yell out "OH MY GAWD!!! SICK!! GET AWAY FROM ME!!" ... well there was that one time.. but I tripped.. and there was some grabbing on accident and yeah... since any grabbing by you would probably be welcomed (considering you like guys, and all guys think a like, which contrary to what we may say... we do... guys are very simple, and dumb.. forgive us).

My point is (which us young people like to call the TL;DR -too long didn't read-) is that you need to just do stuff. Don't think. Do.

EDIT: hopefully I am not too late on this, I just read the first post and replied, I didn't bother looking at timestamps or reading responses :P
You are just so doggone cute, I wish my daughter were younger & single LOL! Personality and shy charm go a long way with the girls

Thats my opinion, I just wouldn't do it without a job lined up or lots and lots of money in the bank.
As long as you have a job in hand, even if it's not what you really want yet, is key. That way you have some kind of income coming in so you don't drain everything you have while looking. But getting that first job is the trick! Especially in this day & age!

"Dadgum" ..... that brings back alot of memories for me. My son's grandmother used that word alot. She was from the South and I use to love to hear how she said it, even though she mainly used it if she got mad at her husband.
