Default Yum

I am going to have blueberries, an English muffin, and a king salmon omelet for breakfast in the morning.

Reminds me of my breakfast today:
large curd cottage cheese, wild blueberry preserves and a toast!
And coffee!

I am always amazed at how much salmon Alaskans can eat. When I was a kid I overdosed on Chitina (how in the heck is that spelled?) salmon.

I'm having a dungeness crab omlette with homegrown fried potatoes and blueberry juice in the morning. It was moose steaks and beach asparagus for dinner. I love this time of year when we raid our freezers & pantry of all the goodies we gathered all year.
I can never get tired of salmon. Maybe I'll take some out in the morning.

One of the many reasons I'd like to move to Alaska is for the fishing. I do love salmon, and can't imagine ever tiring of it. Wild blueberries are delicious, but blackberries are my favorite.

Just for that...I'm having kingcrab omlet and toast with homemade rhubarb butter on it. I'll even take a picture. No blueberries, but I have blåbär tea!

So there!
