sure hope it stays north of you!! feel for the people "iced over" though. Hopefully no one got hurt or bad damage to homes.....we went thru it last year....11 days of no power, 3 days of chainsawing to get to the main road, only one home in 9 towns was badly damaged!!

Hurry and move up here to Anchorage. We're not getting any of that nasty winter weather. Close to +40F at my house this morning.

Still snowing like crazy here, but nothing is sticking to the ground. Reports are coming in that 1/3 of the states without power and is under a state of emergency order.

I've never seen so many snowstorms or so much winter weather in Oklahoma in my life. Usually it snows once maybe every other year. I've lost count but I think this is round number 4 or 5 of heavy snowfall.

Yeah, what a mellow winter we are having here in Anchorage. I just hope we don't get any more major snowstorms so that we can have an early spring breakup.

We decided to head up to mom n dads tonight to see the snow and it's absolutely beautiful. I brought my camera to get some pics tomorrow. I'll post them as soon as we get home Sunday.
