The good new is that they still offer complimentary beverages on their shorter flights...the bad news is that it's water. I was looking forward to some Sockeye merlot and instead they offered me water, wtf???

OK good news at last; I got a complimentary glass of Sockeye Merlot on the flight from PDX. Right now I'm at Sea-Tac waiting to board and of course the idjits have everything all screwed up as usual so I feel right at home.

Oh well I made it; now I'm sitting in Ketchikan waiting for a puddle jumper to the island. Trying to get a drink on this flight was like pulling teeth and there were idjits thick as flies everywhere, all carrying huge carry ons....took half an hour to get off the damn plane because of that.

Even Alaska is now skimping on those little bottles of water in first class. Now all you get is a plastic cup with some plain water.

At least you made it. I'm stuck in Tulsa. My morning flight was nixed by severe T-storm activity in Chicago.
