LF Roofer Referral (Albany: parking, building, place)

Hello,

I had my building inspected in downtown Albany recently and I'm told I need a new roof. Not just a re-tar but removal and replacement of a flat-top roof.

I have calls out to a couple of roofers now but I thought I would see if anybody here has any referrals of someone who is willing to do this sort of job in downtown. Many roofers do not like to work around the parking issues and traffic of the area.
