Saratoga Springs - Gilberts Corners? (Wilton, Sharon: apartments, rentals, live)

Any information on this area of Saratoga Springs (Gilberts Corners) would be appreciated. I understand it attracks alot of retirees, although I don't know if there are alot of apartment rentals in that area. SS in general doesn't seem to have many apartments. thanks!

I've never heard of Gilbert's Corners in SS. Is it right in the city? I've heard of The Gut, etc.

You are correct- apartments can be difficult to find in the city-proper. It's worse during track season.

We don't have a retiree section, per-se. There is a relatively new senior complex on West Avenue and then a few other apartment units that cater to seniors around town. The next bigger one is off Kirby Road.

If I were a younger person I'd try to find an apartment near Broadway where I could walk to downtown.

No idea where there's a Gilberts Corners in Saratoga. There's a Gilberts Corners Road in Sharon Springs, NY.

Never heard of Gilbert Corners in Saratoga. AFA apartments, there are the Paddocks and currently building 4th phase, which I understand has a waiting list, and are in the process of building a new complex in Wilton, which is 178 apartments on Weibel Ave. Believe it is called The Springs, but not positive.
