Default Hoses
Do you leave your rubber garden hoses out during the winter months, or do you bring them indoors? Thank you,

Turn to water off to the out sided spicket . then drain remain in water

Agree with OP; shut outside water off, drain hoses. I put mine in the shed for the winter, as, depending on the material, can crack easily.
