Troy officials seek public input on One Monument Square site

I kid you not. Troy has been chasing city halls since I was 10 years old. Maybe longer. Two years here, ten there. When they finally get one, they mortgage it. Then they can't pay the mortgage. Sometimes a financial control board takes over to patch things up. 5 years later, it's a mess again.

This story is about the lot that was the last city hall. The one they tore down 25 years after building it because it leaked. They demolished it in 2011 and are still j*****g off about what to do with it.

In the meantime, the Mayor and other gypsies that shun responsibility for running Troy are hiding out in the Cluett building. Or is it the Court House?
