Default geyser crest in saratoga springs?
Does anyone know about the Geyser Crest area or Saratoga Springs and/or anything about Geyser Elementary School? We are contemplating a move and this is the neighborhood we can afford. It's definitely on the low end $$$ and I know they are older homes but is it safe, clean, etc.? How is the school?

The crest was built in the mid 70's houses are a little on the small side, a lot of rentals in that area so some are not kept up as well as they could be. Good prices and a family friendly close to everything neighborhood. Saratoga schools are very good, no problems there. Feel free to Dm with any questions.
